The Global Energy Transition (GET) is an ever-expanding non-profit organization comprised of dedicated and uniquely qualified executives and professionals. GET is a network of volunteers passionate about helping dislocated employees from the energy sector. We bring together, educational institutions, government, industry leaders and innovators, to execute our vision and mission. We create opportunities and partnerships for individuals and businesses through education (upskilling and reskilling), consulting, networking, coaching, and economic development. We advance the energy transition into existing or emerging verticals and support opportunities in the carbon neutral world.
GET works with domestic and international oil & gas operators,energy and utility corporations, technology partners, industry leaders, governments, higher education institutions, nonprofits, and other organizations to address the complex energy transition on a global scale. Our partners contribute in many ways and with more than money. They put forth time, intellectual capital, innovative strategies and technologies, volunteer and mentoring power, in-kind support, and much more to help build resilient communities, economies, and individuals.

GLOBAL ENERGY TRANSITION (GET) will not tolerate any type of harassment of attendees, including the following but not limited to: inappropriate physical or virtual contact, unwelcome sexual attention, display of sexual images in public or virtual spaces, deliberate verbal or physical intimidation, sustained disruption of talks or other events, advocating for or encouraging any of the above behaviors, verbal, or physical abuse. Because of the following but not limited to: religion, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, or age. As an attendee, you are expected to abide by the guidelines set above. At GET’s discretion, those deemed in violation will be removed from virtual or physical venues immediately without a refund and barred from future GET events. If you experience or witness a Code of Conduct violation, report it to the GET Board of Directors at directors@getdecarb.org. We base GLOBAL ENERGY TRANSITION’s (GET) Code of Conduct on the principles of inclusion, equality, diversity, and respect. These guidelines are necessary to ensure that everyone can safely enjoy GET’s events.
